Big Dinosaur outside. They have nice shoes that are hard to find such as customized addidas and nike's. This is a great place to take your tourist friends because it seems like such a cool S.F. hole in the wall.

Bad Customer Experience
Store sold me 2 right shoes! When I returned them (2 hour drive) they could not find the mates! Also they would not give me my money back. Told me to return "maybe wednesday" when a manager might be there!
Had to settle for a gift cert-yikes! Walk onto another store.

I snuck into Heidi Says Shoes this weekend during the Fillmore Street Jazz Festival and had a tough time leaving the store! Nadine is fabulous
Nadine was wonderful and extremely patience with me. I went to see her less then a week before my wedding...bottom line is I received bmy shoes before the big day and the color match was perfect.
