I wanted to give my employees gift baskets for their holiday gift and a colleague of mine recommended SF gift baskets. Considering I was putting a large order at a busy time during holidays, Mitra the owner ensured me that I would have all my orders in right at the time that I need it was prior to our holiday party! and sure enough she delivered them earlier than expected time. Disappointed
All I can say is that I read all these reviews and decided to buy from this company; first of all the service was really bad, second the basket I ordered to my niece was a disaster, according to my niece's sister who didn't want me to know about it so I don't be upset. I'm very upset especially that it was not cheap.

By far the best in quality, creativity and customer service!
The wedding was approaching and I was completely frazzled. I didnt know where to begin in planning. I stopped into the Union Street Papery I felt relaxed as I quickly learned I was in good hands. I bought my Tempurpedic bed from Brookstone. I was greeted warmly at the door by one of their salespeople, and I was allowed to lay down on the beds and try out which one suited by taste (and back problems). I was asked questions, and the woman wasn't pushy in making me buy a bed right then and there.

My husband found this great shop while working - a true hidden jewel in the middle of the TL. Anyway when we cant get up to Napa for wine, we come here and try something new. The staff are all very knowledgeable and helpful.
