I hired a Baby Nurse through Town & Country Resources when my baby was three weeks old. My husband had just gone back to work, and we were both desperate to get some sleep and talk to someone who knew more about babies than we did. Elizabeth at Town & Country sent us a gal named Teresa, who we now refer to as Saint Teresa! She was phenomenal. Every evening when she arrived, my husband and I would breathe a sigh of relief. She was professional, warm, loving, and answered all of our questions. When she left in the morning our baby was always bundled up and sleeping peacefully in the cradle by our bed. My husband and I don't have a ton of money, but this was absolutely money well-spent. Thanks to Elizabeth and the Baby Nurse team at Town & Country for helping us to find such a wonderful woman. We miss her every day!

Horrible.
To put it simply, I've had horrible experiences with Town and Country and so have several of my friends. Their marketing might be good, but they can't back it up with their awful service. I suggest going with Aunt Ann's which is far more experienced with In House Staffing.

i have worked for several temporary childcare agencies from san diego to LA and town and country is by far the best. they are so organized and efficient. the jobs are consistent. they do a great job matching up caregivers with families. they make it very easy for caregivers to apply for the jobs that they want and eliminate any discrepancies with changing schedules. they are very thorough in preparing each caregiver for each job with the information they need (ages, directions, contact info). i wish town and country had more offices in more cities....keep up the great work ladies!
WOW, what a company! If you are looking to enlist some help finding work as a nanny, baby nurse, aupair, family assistant or estate assistant this is the place and these are the people to help you do that. This isn't my first time working with a staffing agency so I have to admit I wasn't expecting a lot going because I've worked with some that in my opinion just shouldn't have been running a business at all. However, what I got far exceeded any expectations I could have possibly came up with. Since day the day I became a part of their staff, not one person, not two or three people, but the entire staff at TandCR have been vested in finding me the perfect position. One that will work for me as well as the family, their goal is to ensure that everyone is happy, staff member and family. They check in with me quite often, their diligence, persistence and and care about my career is something that I've never experienced with any other agency until coming to them. Because of this I always let them know how much them and their efforts are appreciated because their INTEGRITY as a company and as a whole still astonishes me!!! Sometimes individuals are a little disillusioned about what it intels to pair someone with a family, and so they also have a temp site as well. While you search for the right fit for a permament position you can work temp jobs. Overall they are just a well rounded business whose motivation is nothing more than pleasing their employees as well as the families that are seeking help. So if ever in need of a staffing agency try them. Trust me, you will be thoroughly satisfied as well as impressed!!!
I had a bad experience with this agency. After I paid a $6000 plus fee the nanny the agency sent quit within a 2 week period because she was homesick . Town and Country refused to refund my placement fee as per their fee agreement gives no refunds.
So.. here I was without a nanny and had already spent $6000 for a service that did not deliver. The agency was unable to send me nannies to interview as they had a shortage of qualified candidates for my job. They promised to do a search and get candidates for me as quick as possible.
I was without a nanny for 4 weeks until I hired a new nanny. I was unable to go to another service because they refused to refund my fee.
