Store sold me 2 right shoes! When I returned them (2 hour drive) they could not find the mates! Also they would not give me my money back. Told me to return "maybe wednesday" when a manager might be there!

Big Dinosaur outside. They have nice shoes that are hard to find such as customized addidas and nike's. This is a great place to take your tourist friends because it seems like such a cool S.F. hole in the wall.

PROS: Crazy shoes.
CONS: You'll want to buy a lot.

There are actually several Shoe Biz shops located in the Haight district, each differently-themed and all within the same two-block area. Make sure to visit them all. The shops carry every kind of tennis shoe imaginable, and some that AREN'T imaginable. One shop carries casual, athletic tennis shoes, one carries streetwear and club wear, one carries dressier styles, and on the top floor of one Shoe Biz shop is an Adidas concept store that carries some very interesting shoes indeed! If you're looking for unique tennies, this is the place to shop!

CONS: Spread out in several shops, rather than one location

These people know their boots. I always find more than I can afford!
